When my workplace introduced a fitness programme in August 2019, I was excited to participate. As a former Spin instructor with six years of experience, I thought this would be a natural fit for maintaining my fitness routine during the workday.
Then COVID-19 changed everything. Gyms closed, and I lost my role as a Spin instructor. However, whilst many workplace programmes ended, Natalie demonstrated exceptional commitment by continuing our sessions and offering clients the opportunity to maintain their training independently with her.
