I offer personal training sessions at a studio gym in Birkenhead on the North Shore. No membership is required to train with me. The gym provides a no-frills atmosphere and is quieter than a big commercial gym, ensuring you feel safe and comfortable.

If you prefer to train in your own home, I can come to you. Training at home offers several advantages. Firstly, you can enjoy the comfort and privacy of your own environment. This convenience allows you to seamlessly integrate workouts into your schedule, making it easier to stay consistent. Moreover, it's a time-efficient option that can lead to more effective workouts and quicker progress towards your fitness goals.

With almost two decades in the fitness industry, Natalie skillfully manages the intricacies of balancing health and fitness goals with a busy lifestyle. She is deeply committed to her work, investing significant time in guiding her clients to set realistic goals, crafting enjoyable yet effective workout routines, and providing steadfast support to help them achieve and sustain these objectives.
Natalie holds a Personal Training Certificate Level 5, a Fitness Instructor Certificate Level 3, and a Counterpunch Boxing Certificate Level 1. Additionally, she has completed level 1 and level 2 certifications in training older adults and certification in women's health.
Her extensive experience includes working with older adults, focusing on strength and balance, as well as leading boxing fitness programs, running initiatives, and training individuals with disabilities and osteoporosis.
Natalie also holds a current first aid certificate.
